O.H. ORTHOHOUSE LTD treats your information with care. We do not run our own analytics, do not run advertising or marketing pixels, and do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Order data is processed by Shopify on behalf of O.H. ORTHOHOUSE LTD so that we can fulfil and ship your order. Customer sign-in is handled by Shopify's Customer Account service on account.orthohouse.com.cy. Shopify's own privacy policy applies to data handled on their infrastructure.

The store page embeds a Google Maps iframe for directions. The iframe is lazy-loaded, so it is only fetched if you scroll the map into view. When it loads, Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

If you contact us by email, we store your message and email address solely for the purpose of responding. We do not share this information with third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold. Contact us at [email protected].

This site uses the minimum amount of cookies and local storage required to keep the language toggle, the cart, sign-in, and the store map working. Nothing here is used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking, so no consent banner is required under EU ePrivacy rules (Article 5(3), strictly-necessary exemption).

PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie

Stores your language choice when you toggle between English and Greek. Only set after you press the language toggle. Expires after roughly 400 days.

fyl_cart_id local storage

Stores the Shopify cart ID so that the items you add stay in the cart between page loads. Created the first time you add an item; removed when the cart is cleared.

fyl_ca_verifier local storage

A one-time PKCE verifier used during the sign-in handshake. Removed as soon as sign-in completes.

fyl_ca_access_token, fyl_ca_refresh_token, fyl_ca_id_token, fyl_ca_expires_at local storage

The OAuth tokens that keep you signed in to your account. Removed when you sign out.

Third-party (set by other domains during checkout, sign-in, or map use)

Shopify on *.myshopify.com and checkout.shopify.com

Shopify sets its own session and cart cookies on its own domains (typical names include _shopify_y, _shopify_s, cart, _secure_session_id) when you browse the product, add to cart, or proceed to checkout. These are required by Shopify to process the order.

Shopify Customer Account on account.orthohouse.com.cy

Shopify's Customer Account service sets session cookies on its own domain when you sign in. They are managed by Shopify, not by us.

Google Maps on google.com

The embedded map iframe on the store page may set Google's own cookies (such as NID and CONSENT) when it loads. The iframe is lazy-loaded, so these are only set if you scroll the map into view.

All of the above is strictly necessary for the functionality you have asked for: switching language, putting items in the cart, signing in, checking out, finding the store. If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary (analytics, advertising, social-media pixels, embedded video with tracking), we'll add a proper consent banner before setting it.
